In 2008 he founded CitiQuest Properties ,one of Houston’s premier provider of investor, developer, and brokerage services; a one-stop shop helping buyers and sellers with everything from buying and selling personal property to land acquisition, architecture, design, marketing and overall real estate consulting services. Founder Patrick Bur bridge has been named consistently by the Houston Business Journal as a top agent, most recently being named as the #1 agent on the Residential Real Estate Agents by Transactions List for sales in 2017 and 2018 and recently claiming #3 in 2019. He is proud of his deep roots in Houston and the impact his team has had in helping revitalize a number of the city’s historical neighborhoods. He has been a licensed realtor since 2003 and a Houston Resident since 1993.

As an entrepreneur for over 30 years, Jose Berlanga, has harnessed invaluable strategic acumen. In 1997 he co-founded Tricon Homes, a residential construction and design company, who pioneered the revitalization of many of Houston’s inner-city neighborhoods and laid the groundwork for what have ultimately become some of the most sought-after areas to live. As CEO, he negotiated land acquisitions, was responsible for the building of over 2,000 new homes and generated in excess of $500 million in revenue. Jose’s discipline and methodical approach to creating customized strategies allows him to maximize the potential of each project. Jose M. Berlanga, is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas, with degrees in Economics and Business Administration. Originally from Guatemala, Andrea began her career at the Embassy of Guatemala in the United Kingdom promoting trade and foreign investment opportunities in Central America. In this role, Andrea was involved in the development of the Latin American Trade and Investment Association (LATIA). Andrea started her real estate career in 2015 following her relocation to the US and specialized in new construction residential developments. In addition to her role at Houstonian Capital, she also acts as Chief Operating Officer for CitiQuest Properties, one of Houston’s premier provider of investor, developer and brokerage services.

As the development manager, Kelsey’s key role is to oversee each development’s progression from the time land is purchased, to the construction completion. Her background in property management, construction, design, and project management, provides a well rounded and diverse background to understand the intricacies of bringing a project to life. Kelsey has a degree in environmental science and renewable energy from UNLV. She combines her passion for sustainability and the built environment to look for ways to innovate, reduce our impact on the environment, and become more efficient in the development processes and practices
